*Orders will ship out within 14 business days (excluding custom orders)

*Refund policy: 

*I do not give out full or partial refunds in most cases, all sales are final*

If you need a refund for a personal reason, (like you had an emergency, or a bill come up) I’d appreciate if you’d think of getting a refund from me as a last resort. I use this money to support me and my son, and cannot afford to be giving refunds. 

If you have purchased from me more than once, and asked for multiple refunds you will not be able to purchase from me again. 

Refunds from AUCTIONS are never permitted. All auction sales are 100% final 


*If your parcel gets lost in the mail:

It is up to the customer to file a claim with the USPS. Once the parcel is shipped it’s out of my hands. I have no control over what happens to it and I cannot refund it if it gets lost. 

*If your parcel arrives damaged: 

If the plushie is damaged DUE TO MY ERROR, (like if I messed up during sewing and there’s an actual design flaw, like beads or stuffing spilling out), You can send it to me for a free repair. I will reimburse you for shipping it here. 


If the plushie is damaged DUE TO USPS SHIPPING, I offer free repairs as long as you pay for shipping here and back. I pack up the items as secure as possible, this has never happened to me but I know it’s always a possibility! 

*My items are all handmade, because of this you may notice small inconsistencies among pieces, but this is what makes them special and unique!
